We never sell or rent your or your child’s personal information to third-party marketers. We only disclose information under the following limited circumstances:

  • Emergency & Medical Personnel: If your child requires immediate medical attention, we will share relevant medical data and contact info with emergency responders.

  • Legal and Regulatory Mandates: We may disclose information if required by federal or Arizona state law. This includes sharing mandatory health records during state licensing audits, mandatory reporting of infectious diseases to Maricopa County Public Health, or disclosures required by the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS).

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share data with secure third-party platforms that host our management software (such as and not limited to web hosting, productivity tools, or secure payment processors) solely to run our business.

 

4. Media & Photo Permissions

Photos and videos of children are highly protected.

  • We will never publicly post photos or videos of your child on social media or marketing materials without your explicit, written consent via a separate Media Release Form.

  • Private updates shared via secure parent communication apps are only viewable by authorized family members.

  • Physical Records: Securely stored in a locked filing cabinet on the premises.

  • Digital Records: Protected via password-controlled devices and encrypted storage platforms.

  • Arizona Breach Notification: In the highly unlikely event of a security breach involving your sensitive data, we will notify you and state authorities in compliance with Arizona’s Data Breach Notification Law (A.R.S. § 18-552).

  • Retention: We retain child records for the timeframe mandated by Arizona state licensing rules. Once that period expires, records are permanently shredded or digitally wiped.
